Hopscotch monitors children’s arrival each day. Attendance is recorded in real time using our booking system: Magic Booking
If your child will be absent or arriving late, please inform us by 10:30am on the day by contacting the Holiday Club
If a child has not arrived by 10:30am and we have not heard from you, staff will telephone the parent/carer to check in.
If we are unable to make contact and have concerns for the child’s safety, we will then contact the listed emergency contacts.
If we are unable to reach parents or emergency contacts and cannot account for the child’s whereabouts, we will follow safeguarding procedures, which may include informing our Designated Safeguarding Lead and contacting the appropriate external safeguarding agencies.
To support this process, please ensure your child’s details include at least three up-to-date emergency contacts on Magic Booking.
