At our holiday club, every child is valued and supported as an individual. We are committed to providing a nurturing, calm, and well-structured environment that promotes social interaction and learning through positive experiences.
We work in close partnership with parents and carers to understand each child's unique needs and to ensure that appropriate support is in place to enable their full participation. Our goal is to offer an inclusive setting where all children can thrive.
We are committed to working in partnership with parents and, with their consent, will communicate and collaborate with their child’s school and other relevant professionals to ensure a consistent and well-informed approach to support. To help us gain a full understanding of each child’s individual needs, parents are given the option to upload their child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) via our booking system, Magicbooking. This enables families to share relevant information in advance and supports us in planning and providing the most appropriate, tailored support for their child.
In cases where a child may require additional support beyond what we are currently equipped to provide, we will engage in open and respectful dialogue with the family to explore the best possible options. While we strive to accommodate diverse needs, there may be instances where we are unable to safely or effectively meet a child's requirements within our current resources. In such situations, we may need to decline a booking, always with the child’s best interests at heart.
