- Employees will receive a base salary that reflects their role, responsibilities, and experience.
- Roles will be categorised into pay bands based on job function and market rates.
- Salaries will be reviewed annually, considering performance, market conditions, and organisational budget.
- All employees will be paid at least the National Minimum Wage as set by the government each April.
- Apprentices will be paid above the National Apprentice Wage to ensure fair compensation and to attract talented individuals to our apprenticeship programs.
- Employees eligible for overtime will be compensated at their regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond their standard schedule.
- Additional incentives may be provided for achieving specific goals or milestones, for example a qualifying bonus when an apprentice achieves their qualification.
- Based on performance evaluations, employees may receive merit-based pay increases.
- Employees will be paid monthly on the last working day of the month.
- Salaries will be directly deposited into employees’ nominated bank accounts.
- Statutory deductions (Tax and NI) and voluntary deductions (Pension contributions) will be made as required.
